Kids Love It, Parents, Don't Even Try To Understand It (haha)
My boys love all the Bakugan Brawlers. I say it is educational because they can play (battle) with their friends who also have the brawlers and they have to calculate their points using addition and subtraction in a fun way. As far as durability, none of their brawlers have broken so far, but I am sure if thrown hard enough or caught in the vacuum cleaner they would not survive. Overall I think it is a great toy. The boys love to play against each other and compare strength and powers of the brawlers. They also like to trade them like Pokemon. I would say the only down side is that comparably speaking they are more expensive than the Pokemon toys.
